    David L. Schenk suddenly passed away on October 1, 2008.  As the
    President and CEO, he was the face of BEST Group.  He was involved in the Information
    Technology industry since 1972 when he joined NCR Corporation after receiving his B.S. in
    Marketing and M.B.A. from Penn State University.  After NCR, Mr. Schenk joined Source
    Services Corporation's Source EDP Division where he was Associate Director and
    Managing Director of the Cleveland office for six years.  From there Mr. Schenk was
    involved in increasingly responsible management roles with Sun Oil Company's
    Information Services Division as Regional Manager; Sterling Software as Software
    Products Manager, Ecommerce Software and Director of Sales, Marketing and Product
    Development; and Computer Sciences Corporation as Central Region Vice President,
    Project Services.   Mr. Schenk was a Board Member of the Society for Information
    Management’s (SIM) NE Ohio Chapter, a Board Member of the Healthcare Information
    Management Society (HIMMS) and an Advisory Board Member of Case Western Reserve
    University’s Weatherhead Ecommerce Advisory Council.  He was also a founder of CIECA,
    the Collision Industry special interest group within ANSI.
