is the President and Owner of the woman-owned business, Roth-Sadar

International, Inc. (RSI) and President of the wholly owned subsidiary RSI-BEST Group

Management Consultants. When her good friend and business partner, the founder of

BEST

Group passed away suddenly, BEST Group was integrated into RSI as a new

division, RSI-

BEST Group Management Consultants.

Ms. Sadar

has over 20 years of

operations, sales and recruiting experience in Information

Technology and Supply

Chain/Logistics. She started her career with United Parcel

Service

while attending Hiram

College where she graduated with a BA. After moving

through the

ranks within UPS from

Operations, Management to Sales and into a Senior

Account Manager

role in charge of

$26 million dollars,

Ms. Sadar

was recruited and

ultimately ended up at

Management

Recruiters International.

Ms. Sadar

opened RSI in 1997 as a professional consulting company

that eventually

focused

on executive search and recruiting as RSI Executive Search and

Recruiting. S
